It is a neutral synthetic detergent formulated to remove dirt, oil, grease, food, beverage spills, and other soils from finished floor surfaces without dulling the gloss or harming, softening, or discoloring the floor finish. An excellent general-purpose cleaner, Spectra System 3 Renew-305 is safe for use on unfinished marble, slate, and sealed wood. It contains no alkali and softens water to prevent spotting or streaking. Spectra System 3 Renew-305 is readily biodegradable and doesn’t require rinsing when used at or below four ounces per gallon. Leaves a pleasant orange blossom fragrance as it cleans. Spectra System 3 Renew-305 is packaged with dilution-controlled tamperproof inserts.
